Electric Off-Road Vehicles should be affordable
All sales are final, the sellers do not accept returns.
ElectricATVDirect.com however does accept returns for refund only for items damaged in transit with claim and approved by the shipping company.
REFUND PROCESS
In order to be eligible for a refund , the item must have been damaged in transit, you must first sign for the item as damaged with the shipper. Take pictures of the damaged item and email us within 5 days of receiving the vehicle to alert us of the damage. Once informed of the damaged vehicle we will make a claim with the shipping service.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once we have made the claim with the shipper, we will send you an email to notify you that we have begun the process. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We do not offer exchanges because we do not stock vehicles to exchange and the lead time from the factory is so long. If you do not mind the wait, we can make limited exceptions.
LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
ElectricATVDirect.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address. Upon inquiry, ElectricATVDirect.com will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
ORDERS STOPPED IN CUSTOMS
ElectricATVDirect.com is responsible for getting the vehicle to your door. Customs can be tricky, items are sometimes pulled to the side for inspection or are otherwise held up for various reasons. If your vehicle is held up in Customs for longer than 2 months, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Additionally, you will not be responsible for any additional customs fees that may occur.
