ElectricATVDirect.com is a listing platform, not a reseller or a dealer. We are responsible for all pre-sale customer service, and ultimately getting the vehicle to your door.

Because you are buying directly from the factory, they are responsible for any post-sale customer service.

It is important to note that factories no matter what country they are from are not exactly known for being easy for consumers to work with. There are also no authorized service centers in the US and no dealers.

If you buy a vehicle on ElectricATVDirect.com, you must accept that inconvenience in exchange for factory direct pricing. If you are not comfortable with this, then we advise you shop else ware.

However, that does not mean that you are on your own. Though we are just a listing platform, we still want you to have a positive experience. All factories have agreed to make replacement parts available to us and provide us with any information we might need to help owners and their mechanics service the vehicles. Though there is still no guarantee they will continue to provide this too us.

We are building a community of owners who want to help each other figure out any issues we might have. After all, we at ElectricATVDirect.com are owners ourselves. If you have any issues at all with your vehicle, let us know before you try to contact the factory. We might just be able to help.
